How do u do ur diligence in a house u wanna buy at the auction...plus what the best way to research a title if it clean or not

I bought a house in rowlett tx during foreclosure....last month beginning of may and still didn't get my title/deed.....my question is is it necessary to get title insurance for a foreclosure auction house or is not worth it.....can I stil buy the insurance....it has been a month.....thanks in advance

live in philly bought a trailer in jersey....didnt look he gave me a copy of the registration....the tag place wants the original one to get me a tag....call the guy and he told me he send it in mail and has been 2 week still didnt have it... and now i dont want the trailer no more....can i call the cops on him ....please help

ok this is what happen my car got hit from the side while i was making a right turn and my bumper came off, and than another car hit the car that hit me......i got phony insurance, so the cops came and i got my police report... i call the guy insurance company up....to file a claim....but they denied me because the guy got push into my car......and they told me to call the other insurance company.......so what should i do.....go to a small claim court and file a claim..........please help thankssss

hey i got a 2008 mazda 6 with a 2.3 engine.....i think i got a problem with my transmission....when i shift it to reverse it makes a grinding noise and when i shift it to drive grinding noise is not that loud like when its on reverse......can someone please tell me what the problem is and how to fix it....your help is appreciated.....car got only 52k miles on it
