Birds have gotten into a small vent that leads directly above my bed and made a nest. They are very noisy and I would like to get rid of them without sealing the vent and trapping them inside. Wondering if there is any kind of poison to get rid of them before I close the hole.

I have a Samsung 1500 Blu-ray player. Not even a year old and every time I put in a regular DVD it says "no disc". It never has a problem playing blu-ray discs. I don't think its a firmware issue since even discs that were manufactured long before the player was made aren't working.
