When I transfer files too my other computer on the same router through a LAN connection does it use up my monthly bandwidth? I have about 100 GB's of download per month but with my LAN dropbox I often send lots of stuff between computers. Is this affecting my download limit?

I am an instructor at a local ski resort and am looking to start freestyle skiing. I currently have Rossignol Radical R9S Ti oversize [2007]'s these are great skis for their use, but i am looking fo some twin tips that can hold a good edge on hard snow as well as preform when doing aerial things. i wont be doing very many rails or boxes, mostly jumps. i am 17 and weigh roughly 130 but still growing. my price range is 300 - 500 (have to buy them myself) you can give me options up to 700 just let me know. thanks.
