Today I was suspended for five days for having a knife in School instead of marking it as a weapon they marked it as contraband so I wouldn't be expelled. I have to see a counselor because of my suicidal tendencies and cutting which is why they let me off "easy" will I still be able to get into a good school? I want to be a social worker or a psychologist.

A couple people have told me I'm holding the band back because I'm not a very good player. I've been practicing but it's not really helping. Do have any tips or anything on what I could do to improve?I have issues with most of the music we play. I can't really play it at full speed. I have trouble with most of the notes. What really bugs me is that it's my third year playing and I'm still not a strong player . I'm a freshman in high school now and the way I play is a sixth grader beginning level.

I have a friend who I told to help me stop cutting but every time he tries I end up begging him to let me do it and he does . Well today he wouldn't take no for an answer and he knocked the razor out of my hand and threw it somewhere I panicked got angry then depressed again I thought I wouldn't be able to do anything today so I'd be fine but things happened and I ended up reopening the cuts . Is my friend helping the right way? Usually we try to watch movies and stuff so I'd be distracted but after its over I always want to cut again what else can we do?

I'm trying to stop eating but I get tempted and east anyway . I've heard it all so don't try to talk me out of . It I just want to know so I can lose weight please
