i work for utility pole technologies, a sub company for progress energy right now. i worked 40 hours last week and i should have recived my pay thursday loaded onto my company issued card, i live in west virginia but we work in north carolina right now, i'm stuck out of town until the weekends, i only get about two days off a week, we leave to go back to work sunday at 12. i haven't got my pay this week, which means i have no money to bring with me for food and expenses this week, my boss said it would be loaded onto next week's check, this happens all the time! not just to me, everybody's paycheck is always late or they get screwed out of hours sometimes, I'm currently on a 90 day probationary deal with my employer so is there anything i can do about this? I'm severely angry right now, we don't get paid for travel, we spend 14 plus hours to get back and forth from wv to nc, but we have company issued vehicles and gas cards, could i refuse to work because i wasn't paid? or could i be fired since i'm under the probationary period, any help is greatly appreciated, i'm 18 and i just don't know what rights i have about this

I am 15 years old. I accidentaly dropped my boyfriends phone and broke it. I am currentley going to buy him a new one... The phone cost $80.00, I need to make the money and before the Dec 4. Is ther any advice as in how to get or make the money? Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you.

I am 16 years old. I officially withdrew from high school yesterday morning. I was a junior. I had excellent grades while I was there. But I decided to quit and take my GED in December. I am now seeking full time employment. I have applied for McDonald's, Burger King, A local grocery store. And Kmart. All online applications except the local grocery store. How long should I wait before I expect a call? I really need a full time job right now. Is it okay too call the places I applied and check on my application and job openings? Or should I wait a few more days. It's only been 3 days since I filled out the applications. If I do call what should I say. Any advice or help is appreciated! Easy Best answer

I am a junior in high school and I am 16 years old. I turn 17 in April. I have missed a tremedous amount of school, last year and this year. So I have decided to take my GED instead of graduating. I live in WV and on our state web site it says that a student who has withdrawed from school and is at least 16 years of age is eligible to take there GED test one month after withdrawing (quitting) high school with parent/guardian permission. Here is the link. I need some reasurance that I am understanding this correctly. I'm gonna talk this through with my mother if this is the case. I'm 16 165 pounds, 5"11, and I'm in pretty good shape as it is. I wrestled and ran cross country last year. I'm not fat. I'm just thin. But my arms are my biggest asset. I plan on starting a workout plan again here in about a week and a half. I'm moving to a new location. I will be in the sunlight and outdoors while i'm working out. I plan on working out 5 to six days a week. (5 being a minimum). For 2 days a week I plan on using weights and weightlifting. then cardio and abs for 2 days. And then on the last day of the week doing a full body workout.

All I drink is water, ( a gallon or more a day) And glass of soda once or twice a week. I eat a lot of pasta and pizza type foods. Should I start with light or heavy weight. I want to be big but I also want to be lean and cut at the same time. Any advice is appreciated.

I'm not sure if I am pregnant or I have a urinary track infection but I have many symtoms of both, I have been peaing alot latley and I'm not sure what is wrong with me. I have lower back aches and stomach cramps. My pea doesnt' burn or smell, I drink a lot of soda and little water, I am sexually active. I had unprotected sex about a month ago and idk if could have gotten pregnant that fast. It was an accident because me and my boyfriends condomn ripped and the semon went into me but I'm like possitive I got all of it out. But we have b een having unprotected sex for about a month now but he pulls out everytime I never get any in me besides precum. I know it can get you pregnant but we've onley been doing it like this for about a month. I just finished my period about 6 days ago and then all this started. If anyone can help please do. I'm a freshman at My high school and I took two years of spanish in 7th and 8th grade and it only counts as one credit. It is the end of the year now and I'm am currentley taking spanish 2, I have failed both semesters. I completely gave up on the class I have a 3.222 GPA. And have A's and B's in all my other classes. But my teachers tell me I won't be able to go to college unless I retake and pass spanish 2, Because WV colleges require two credits of a foreign language. I was wondering if anyone could verify this. It's really worrying me because I want to go to college. Thank you :)
