I like over the top action movies and Sin City looks unique in the style its portrayed

I like zombies and I like good zombie movies and this looks interesting but I wannavknow if its worth a watch and I know the films are in the Norwegian language but is there also an English Dub version of it?

The premise seems good and the setting seems good but are the movies any good?
