I would like to install 4 recessed lights in a bedroom. Currently we have 2 light switches, 1 light switch operated the light & the other operated the fan. We have removed the fan and want to use the wires and switch that operated the fan to run the 4 recessed lights. How can we do this? What do we need? And the wiring would have to be run through sub floors with ceiling joists. Any tips on how to move the wire through the ceiling joist would help also. Thank you for your help

I have tried to tap my knuckles-did not work, tried a top of the line stud finder & it did not work. I have tapped several holes and found some joist but have noticed that half the room run the length of the room and the other half run the width of the room. is this possible? any other ways to find ceiling joist in a bedroom? the room is downstairs with another room above it.

Right now I am up in my matchup by 2 points, I have San Diego defense playing. If I win I am in the playoffs, if I lose I am out. Do I bench San Diego to guarantee a win or do I start them just in case there are any stat corrections? In my league if the opposing team scores 35+ pts, the defense gets -4 pts, therefore I could lose that way. What should I do?

I am connected to the 4G internet using PDAnet on my Sprint phone unlimited plan. I paid the $15 for the full version of PDAnet. I have my phone which is not rooted, connected to my laptop through USB cable to give my laptop internet. I enabled internet sharing for my LAN connection and have an ethernet cable from my laptop to my PS3. I can connect to PSN and download updates but when I do my internet connection test it says Nat Type 3. I try to connect online to play MW3 and it says the server is down. I know the speed from my phone will be fast enough to play online, I did a speed test for 4G and it is at 8 mbps d/l speed. How can I change my Nat type to play MW3 online.

I am in a PPR league and need to keep 2 players. I traded away a bunch of players last year to set up many draft picks early this year. Like I said its PPR and we start 1 QB, 3WR, 2RB, 1TE, 1Kicker, and 1 defense.

For default yahoo settings, why does it count as points scored against your defense when the opposing team returns a punt for a TD

ex:

today minnesota vs cleveland

I have Vikings Defense and it says 20 points scored against them, when Joshua Cribbs for Cleveland returned a punt
