  • Upper middle abdominal pain? What could possibly be wrong with me?

Hi. I'm a 17 year old guy and I've been experiencing an irritating pain in the upper middle abdomen area for about two weeks to date. It's not excruciating but it bothers my ability to focus (which is really inconvenient because it is my school's exam week)

I've already went to a doctor because the pain sometimes radiates to the groin and lower back. She gave me Cefuroxime (because I also experience a bit of pain when I swallow, and for viral infections I guess?) Omeprazole (which I missed twice because I forgot to drink it before I ate) and hyoscine n butylbromide.

I had an ultrasound and there were no problems with my gallbladder, kidneys or pancreas. The only diagnosis I got was a mild fatty liver.

Any help would be appreciated. Diet tips would be great too.

    Thanks in advance.

  • What's the verb for "to play a musical instrument" in Korean?

    Please don't use translators.

And please translate these sentences too.

    1.) I play the piano

2.) Do you play any musical instruments?

3.) Please play "Habanera" together with me.

I'd appreciate it a lot if you type it in Hangul. :)

    고맙습니다!

  • Dream Interpretation: My crush borrowed my guitar?

Does that mean anything? I'm just curious. It's strange because she does not play the guitar. :) What does a guitar represent in dreams? She returned it to me too. haha.

In real life, my crush and I aren't that close but I do a few favors for her when I can. We share a good friendship and I think she's aware of how I feel.

  • Should I give her the poem or not?

Would you still give a poem to a girl who has somebody else in her heart? They're not a couple (yet) I don't know if the other guy is courting her or if she just has a crush on him... but still, :)

I'm having a hard time deciding. I really like the girl and my friends say that she might like me too, but I don't think it'd be wise to expect too much...

I really don't want to go wrong on this one. Please help me. BTW I've never had a girlfriend before. :) It'd be nice if she'd be my first, but I don't want to screw up our friendship as well.

  • Why do some women like guys who are a bit older than them?

I'm not against it, don't get me wrong... I know that age isn't really a huge factor (except for socially unacceptable cases) I was just wondering... Why not just pick someone your own age? :)

  • What are these words/phrases in Korean?

    1. to need (verb)

    2. to happen (verb)

    3. What happened?

    4. Why do you need me?

Please don't use translators, and please give me the most "natural" way to say it.

  • Advice on a girl please?

I'm a 16 year old guy who has never had a girlfriend since birth. It's not that I'm ugly or anything. (In fact a lot of people say I look good. lol) I'm not that smart but at least I don't fail my subjects, and I'm musically talented.

Ok. enough with that.... There's this girl I really like... and she already knows about it... She didn't ignore me or anything.... In fact we've been "sort of" closer to each other since I told her... I'm just not sure if she really likes me too... (I've been hearing people say that she likes someone else, who eventually doesn't like her anyway.)

So can you guys give me some tips on what to do, or how to detect if she likes me too or not, without being too obvious...

Another thing I'm worried about.... She's already had 4 boyfriends to date... and I haven't had a single one yet... won't that make me any lagged behind? I don't have any experience yet. I know its a silly basis... but give me your own opinions as well

Thanks in advance, I really appreciate it... and advanced happy valentines! :)

Please... I'm a huge fan :) I'm just making sure I haven't missed anything. I'm not really the type of person that's always updated about the latest, so sorry about that.

    No translators please...

If there are many ways to say this, please give as many as you can, but please let me know which one is most commonly used.

Obviously it would be 반말... but is there any way to say this in 존데말?

그리고, how do you say "anymore"?

    고맙습니다!

  • When is the Korean Particle "의" used?

Is it only used in writing? Is it's pronunciation similar to "이"?

Please give me some more examples of particles aside from 가,이,을,를 and 는,은.

I know there are many. and I know that sentences still make sense even if you omit particles, but I still want to know.

Thanks in advance! I've been studying korean for over a year. I find it fun, and I'd consider myself as an intermediate level speaker :)

  • Are there any girls who still like Conservative Gentlemen?

I'm the type of guy that's quiet, serious, understanding, approachable in times of need, I'm religious ( I go to church every Sunday) I think of sex as a thing to be done after marraige. If you want to have sex, do it when you have the safest thing, Not a condom, not a pill, but a wedding ring :)

Are there still girls who like conservative guys? My observation is nowadays, most girls are just looking for fun.
