Tuesday my boyfriend and I were coming back from the store, and this lady swerved over in our lane, my boyfriend barely touched her mirror, and put a tiny crack in her side mirror, she calls the cops and said she never went over in our lane and blah blah blah, she didn't report it to either of our insurance companys, but she brings down a car estimate for us to pay for her mirror, which she is trying to charge us 253.49 cents. The lady actually lives up the street from us, and is starting a whole bunch of drama over this, so what rights should we have against this? The only thing that has damage is her mirror, not the plastic casing thing around it, and she is trying to charge us for the WHOLE thing, shouldn't we only have to replace the mirror? Also, there was no damage done to my boyfriends truck that shows that we even hit her.

I'm losing weight... I'm not overweight, and I already lost 17 pounds and haven't gained anything. But I'm showing a little bit, and I don't understand how I am losing that much weight. I'm eating, holding everything down, everything is still the same before I was pregnant, so I don't see whats wrong. Plus my doctor told me everything is fine, including the baby. Has anyone else had this problem to?
