I was certified with a Personal Care Aide, home Health aide, and CNA years ago. How can I renew these certifications? It's been many years.

My mom said I can have her car she is not driving. The thing Is I'm moving and don't have time to wait on a title. the previous owner signed as seller and she signed as buyer but title was never changed. So if she rights me out like a bill of sale statement could she have me arrested for stealing it or something?

I am allmost 24 weeks and I keep vomiting, getting dizzy, and fevers.It doesn't matter what i eat, how often i eat or drink... I can't stand more then 10 minutes before i feel dizzy like i'll pass out. I also have a history of non eptileptic seizures and thats what it feels likes goin to happen when i get dizzy although its been awhile since i've had any.. Should i be worried? Why is this happening? Bed rest?

I'm 23 weeks 2 days pregnant.. Over the last couple days I've been having some weird dreams. First one I dreamt I had the baby and was taking good care of her, everything was fine but I just kept bleeding..like a period that didn't stop. Second one I dreamed that I had the baby the doctor handed her to me and walked away. I was so happy she was healthy and I just stuck her on my boob.. No one told me how or anything but when the doctor came back in he smiled and said I was doing a great job I didn't waste anytime and I am sure to be a great mother... What do these dreams mean...Why am I having them?

Okay. For all the info: I found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks. I'm now 23 weeks. My periods were never regular, sometimes I go a year without having one. Both the OB and ultrasound agreed on 6 weeks. Date of first day of my last period was May 28, 2010. My estimated conception date was the 11th of june she said. I has sex may 28th about 2 hours BEFORE my period started, and again between the 9th and 12th. I'm pretty sure if anything the guy only pre-came on the 28th. Doc said no possible way i could of gotten pregnant the 28th. only the june 11th. Is this accurate?

I went to my first OB appointment today. She told me that you can't get pregnant the day your period starts. But after that she told me I'm 6 weeks pregnant. So are they usually real accurate? Because in my case it puts me at conception around the time I started my period yet she said this wasn't possible, but procedes to tell me I'm 6 weeks.. Confusion here!!

I took a First response pregnancy test Friday. It was postive ( Dark result line lighter control line) I immidietly went into a walk in center and they did a urine test but it came out negative. They said I have a UTI though. I took another test later that day and still got a positive. Today is Monday and I used first morning pee and got another Positive. Am I pregnant or not? I'm getting nothing but postives on these tests. But the docs urine test was negative. I know I need to go get blood done but I'm kind of nervous I won't be. I've wanted to be for years. So what's the take?

I have a HP pavillion laptop Model number F192. When I turn it on it says please remove media or disks and press any key to restart. There is no media or anything attatched, Ive tried putting windows on, still same message wont even reboot with it...Any ideas?

I haven't had my period in over 2 years. How do I know if I still ovulate? Can I still get pregnant? If I don't have my period and can't get pregnant I would like to do Artificial insemination, but do you have to still ovulate, and without my period will this be a problem? I have a rash, yesterday I noticed it on the top of my thighs, and then today after I got out of the shower, I noticed it has spread and I have it all over my body. Some people have said soap, but i use the same body soap, laundry soap, etc. that I always use. I've never had a problem. I was cleaning someones nasty living areas yesterday if that helps. I guess the best way to describe it is red and white blotchy areas all over my body, arms, feet, hands, legs, and my stomach. What could this be, and what can I do to make it stop itching and go away. I've tried calamine lotion.

I am not sure what kind of goldfish, they are about the size of a small fist, but I was wondering if it was ok to put an algae eater in the tank with them, they are in a 30 gallon tank, and there is 2 goldfish.

I haven't really downloaded anything, or really have anything on there that wasn't on when I installed windows XP home edition.

I had Windows XP Pro Edition and downloaded many things on this computer. then I installed the home, deleted the PRO and now If I just go to save a song or a picture it's saying low disk space. Is there anything I can do to increase my space? Why is it doing this? I've deleted all programs I won't use and everything else is clean and deleted.

I have Windows XP home, and Windows XP Pro. Both on my computer. How can I delete windows XP Pro off? Also Windows XP home, looks like it's in an old format of windows. How can I make it so it has the new style and color of XP?

I was trying to use windows restore on windows XP Pro. And normally I can go back months. It is not letting me view restore points for anything other then this month?

I currently have Windows Xp Professional on my computer. I have a pop up blocker, but I don't even have to be on the net, and I have ads and websites of all sorts popping up, so I was wondering if I can install windows XP home on my computer. Just start all over fresh, but use home edition instead of Pro. Or if someone knows how to get these things to stop popping up!?!?
