Okay of the last 4 sets that have come out what is the best pack to buy? What set has the most and best money cards?

OK so I made arrangement online with someone to buy a collectable card from them, not very expensive($37) just can't find it anywhere else. Now I need to make a Paypal account but have some questions.

1) If he scams me and never sends the item does PayPal have a way to protect or refund you?

2) how easy is it to make a payment or transfer money with PayPal?

I filed my taxes electronically on the first day that they allowed you to submit taxes this year(January 31st). About how long will it take to receive them back?

OK so this situation came up in Decade duels on the Xbox 360 with a different ban list then the current game. I had Light and Darkness Dragon on field and Dark Strike Fighter, I want to know if I could activate Dark Striker fighters effect and tribute LADD as cost without LADD trying to negate it. My reasoning is you have to pay cost first but I'm still not positive on that ruling. Feel free to add me GT: CRIMSON CHIDORI

So I work at Best Buy, when I was hired they said we could only use are employee discounts on ourselves and we would be caught if trying to pitches items for family or friends. Do they actually track this? Could I just go to another Best Buy to use it?
