My friend just lost a friend and he's very much in shock mode. He asked me how to deal with it but I didn't know exactly what to tell him even though I've lost many many loved ones. I guess I'm used to it, but I don't want him to deal with it like me (being so depressed all the time). So any helpful advise is so much appreciated.

So I haven't talked to him in 3-4ish years after he moved away. Well a friend of mine was kinda the one who got me his number since she said she talks to him on FB. Idk exactly what she told him about me or how she asked, but she briefly said he said yeah it was okay to give his number to me. Anyways she didn't txt back when i asked more questions.
