I ve been playing the game in windows live offline account for over a week now. For some unknown reason it has stopped working now. Windows is asking me to reinstall the game. But I don t want to lose my save game. What files do I need to backup before reinstalling.

Recently downloaded a video song in flv format. The file was saved in desktop. When I tried to move it to another location windows explorer became unresponsive. In the end I had to force the laptop to restart using the power button. I've tried several things now and found that the file cannot be moved, copied, deleted or renamed. I've tried all the above said commands in normal mode and in safe mode of windows and also using command prompt but every time the computer hangs.

Recently I did a scan of the file using 'Avira'. The report was clean but something was strange. The report said it scanned two files. To confirm, I did the scan again and also on a normal video file, but report again showed two files while for the other video file it showed only one.

I'm playing Assassin's Creed and it is running with black borders around. My windows 7 native resolution is 1280x800 and game res. is 800x600. If I turn up the the game res it starts to lag. If I bring down the windows res then the entire windowOS now has black borders around it (and the game too). Is there any way to solve this without downloading any third party softwares.

I need to transfer some photos from my SD card to PC. But when I connect my android smartphone (Samsung S Duos) to PC with a USB cable it is read as a scanner/camera device irrespective of what option I choose in my phone (media device OR camera). Is there a solution to this other than buying a card reader.

My PC almost meets the required system specs. The game runs anyway. But it's a bit jerky even with all graphic options set low.

A software called System Protector is running in my computer. I don't remember downloading or installing it. I want to uninstall it, but it is not listed in "Add remove programs" in Control Panel. I don't want to download another software to remove this one. I also would like to avoid System Restore. Is there any other method to remove it.

I have 3 GB RAM, Core2Duo processor and run Windows7. During cut-scenes the audio and video are hopelessly out of sync. Is there a fix for this problem.

I remember fixing a similar problem in Warrior Within by replacing some audio files with the ones i downloaded. Is there any such fixes available for 2thrones.

I want to apply for a passport. My name as it appears in certificates is "John T Y"

T - Thoundayil (my family name)

Y - Yesudas (my fathers first name)

If expanded in correct order my last name becomes Yesudas, and when I go to foreign countries I will be called Mr. Yesudas, which doesn't feel right because it is my father's name.

Can I swith the order of my initials and give my family name as my last name? Will this cause any legal problems in future?

I don't mind if it isn't actually deleted. I just want one particular file to skipped while the CD is put into a CD player. I have read about a technique of making a new table of content using Nero, but it says that it will use up a little more space. How much more will it require, because this CD is almost full. Also this CD is in open session so no problem there.

I wish to add a few new cars, buildings and outfit mods. I'm using a software which automatically inserts the mods. I'm not sure which files are going to be altered and I don't want to backup the entire 4.65GB game.

When I try to edit a word document in MS office word 2007, it says Macros are disabled and that I need to read the source documentation or something like that. By the way, the document is a downloaded one and is in "docx" format and I don't have such problems with other documents.

I've send deposited some money into an institutes account through SBI's pay-in-slip. Now I've changed my mind and need the money back. I havn't given the Journal No. to the institute. What can be done.

How can I change it to show in Celsius?

I'm stuck in this circular room where my Raziel forged his dark reaver. There are 3 doorways from this room which lead into 3 useless rooms. There are two ledges that are out of reach. There are two orbs of light than I turned into dark orbs using the dark reaver.

I can quit the game and reload so that my Raziel starts from top of one of the ledge. But he will be in the spectral realm and hence canot use the warp gate and jumping circle.

What should I do?

I have windows7 OS in my laptop. I've been playing Warcraft III for some weeks and have not had a problem. Recently however, when I double-click the Warcraft III.exe file the game doesn't start. It takes a second double-click to get it started.I wanted to find out what was wrong and checked with the Task Manager. I found that when I double-click the game file for the first time, it does open up in the processes tab of the TM (though no game appears on my screen). Also with it opens another application called "rundll32.exe". If I 'end process' this app, the Warcraft III.exe also disappears with it. So how can I fix this. Should I delete the rundll32, do I need it.

The problem occurs only for the warcraft game. I have other games like NFS ProStreet, Halo, etc that are running fine. Today however I installed Legacy of Kain and found that it too suffers from this problem

This has happened several times now. Every time I re-adjust the time and date. But after a few days I notice the time is out of sync by several hours and on further examining find that the calender is on some date in October 2007. Usually this does not cause any trouble, but occasionally when I try to log into some authentic sites like Y!Mail, Gmail, etc my Firefox can't verify their security certificates because its working in a different time than these sites and I have to adjust the date and time before I can log in.

I use Windows XP and I purchased my PC in 2007 (don't remember the month though). Could this be a virus or is my OS outdated.

A certain website is constantly opening itself in my Firefox browser. I'm not sure what triggers it, but it usually opens up when I'm logging in or out of my email accounts. How can I block this site from opening itself. The following is the culprit site:-
