I'm 5'3 and 129 pounds. I'm at a pretty good weight but i want to have a six pack by summer. Any good workout ideas or good exercises?What type of food should I eat? I'm open to anything.

Recently I went to a friends (let's call her Tia) house and Tia's mom made all of us sandwiches and brother didn't eat all of his. Everybody was getting in him about not eating all his food. Later on Tia's dad comes to my dad and tells him what happened and said that next time my bro comes over he needs to eat all his food.

Just yesterday I was over my other friends house(let's call her Raven) and my friend was eating a cream filled Danish( let's call her Mia) and I took it from her hand because she was supposed to be on diet before her wedding and I was trying to keep her on track. So I threw it in the garbage. And everyone started to get made at me bc I threw it away. I'm like' she already bit off it. They're like we would've of ate it. So I just changed the subject. And later on when we were about to leave they were all trippin bc I didn't finish my soup from earlier.

I just don't get why people get so mad when you don't finish all ur food.

I am totally obsessed with Justin bieber. I really wish I could stop but I don't no how. I have every song and cd and have seen him in concert. I feel it's just gettin worse and worse. HELP PLS.!!!
