email string history only reported in last email opened how do I maintain individual record of each one?
When I have an extensive exchange including several e-mail with a second party (some times over weeks) the string of e-mails becomes extensive but is only accumulated in the last e-mail in the series that was opened. Thus I can not go back to find a particular email sent on a certain date. Also, when i want to forward one of the e-mails in the string and not all the e-mails accumulated I can not and thus must forward the entire string. My Internet explore was the first to act like this, then Chrome, and most recently Firefox. I can not seem to articulate my problem very well but hope that someone my understand my dilemma..
