ok i was sick one day and i ate alot of garlic to cure it and it worked i was better the next day. On the other side the stink is coming out of my body. my breath and body is stinking up the place. In school i raise my hand very often but now i never do cuz my armpit stinks. Showering isnt working so what should i do

my armpits not only sweat but stink. When i usually go out with friends i have to wear sleeves so people dont smell the odor. Smetimes the sleeves trap to odor but then i have big sweat stains. Its pick your posion basically. One time at a sweet 16, i wore a dress and i kept my arms down alot because raising them would allow people to smell me. I always wear deodorant and perfume but the odor is too strong. I hate it and shaving the hairs doesnt do anything ethier. WHAT DO I DO

recently i have been getting bad body odor. I sweat alot and always seem to get sweat stains. I never feel them so sometimes i have my arms up and people will see them. One time i was at a party and a couple pictures showed my sweat stains. Its really embarrassing what do i do

ok my friends a girl and she has really bad hygiene she sometimes goes 3 days without showering she rarely brushes her teeth 2 times a day even worse like never in the morning so she always has bad breath.Also she sometimes re-waers shirts i went jogging with her and the next day she wore the same shirt without washing and she sweated alot on the jog and that day she really smelt bad.
