    My husband and i are finally trying for a baby !

    i work out daily, but i didn't know when to stop.

    1) will it hurt the baby if i work out and i'm a week or two pregnant

    ? i just want to stay in shape until ii'm actually pregnant

    2) when i do get pregnant what are the ok" exercises i can do ?
