My neighbors to the side and below my apartment smoke cigarettes and weed.. Its hot in los angeles so i try to keep the windows open in the evening and at night... as the Sh*tty air conditioner this apartment has does not cool the house.. These people come out to smoke and the smell goes into my room and living room...

Our balcony is above theirs and they come out to smoke weed at night and it enters my living room where i sleep to get "cleaner air" I have talked to them about this and all they say is sorry. but they dont stop..

Ive also talked to the "manager" but they wont do anything..

What else can i do??

my dads employer is asking his workers to fill out a form for "Chartis". They gave them some paper to read but i dont understand it..

his employer said it was their choice to sign it.. they also said that it was free.. But we dont think so..

what should we do??

I have a strat and a beginners amp which kind of sucks. Its the squier 10amp. there is no really good distortion (what are some good settings??) so i need to learn some clean songs.
