Last May I was wrongfully terminated from my job for failure to document appropriately. There had been no previous disciplinary actions and my employer chose termination rather than progressive discipline. I returned to work after the grievance proceedure and worked for 6 weeks before taking a six week maternity leave. A month after my return from maternity leave I was called in for a "taped interview" about concerns dating back to September when I came back. The taped meeting happend in Feb. About a week ago I was called in again for another taped interview about a new concern....mind you there had been no disciplinary follow up from the first meeting. Yesterday I was handed the discipline action for the concerns from Sept. Do I have any legal recourse other than grievance to fight in this situation?

I am a retail seller online and looking for additional stock from wholesale suppliers. I am not looking for dollar store junk. I retail in books, toys and infant items. I am open to expanding into other areas if it is profitable for me to do so. Do you have any good suppliers to recommend?
