I am working on a cookbook. I will be including pictures of the food and also memories that I want to preserve. I want to "publish" it through a printer to sell locally. I don't want to spend a lot of money on a program. What publishing software would work the best to create this type of book.

I have never used Dream Whip. My family prefers Cool Whip. If a recipe calls for 2 packages/envelopes of Dream Whip, how much Cool Whip would I need to replace it?

A couple of years ago, in Easley, SC's Ruby Tuesday's, they had a Mediterranean salad on the salad bar. It was predominantly green, the ingredients were finely chopped and it was almost like a chunky salsa - does anyone know what kind of ingredients they used? I would like to recreate something similar - it doesn't have to be exact....please help me if you know what I'm talking about or know what kind of stuff would go into a recipe like that.

My cousin is due around Thanksgiving. She's having a girl. She has narrowed down her name favorites to about ten. One of her favorites is Olivia Caroline, and she would call the baby Livie. But, my bro's wife told my cousin that she had decided that IF she ever had a little girl, she was going to name her Olivia. You have to understand that my cousin's mom is my mom's sister and her dad is my dad's brother, so we're double-first-cousins. My question is what does etiquette say about naming your children. If I am going to have a baby before you and I want my child to have a unique name but you insist that you plan to name your baby the same thing, what do you do?

I have a picture on my blog background but it has shrunk so small (to tile down vertically) that you can't see it. Does anyone know what code needs to be added to get it to the original size and where in the code it needs to go?
