Do I need to bleach/lighten my hair or use a 'Color Oops' product before I can dye it red? Any other tips for coloring/conditioning/etc?

We had a class together last year and talked every single day.

But now that we have no classes together...he avoids me in the hallways. When I ask him why he's avoiding me, he says he had to "rush to class" or something. He texts me ALL THE TIME and says he considers me a close friend. Why won't he talk to me in person? What is he thinking? It's driving me crazy.

Basically, I need to start eating healthier lunches. But I'm only given about $5 per week...and that gets me nothin' but Top Ramen. That's the only thing I've been eating for the past 9 weeks, because it's cheap and easy to take to school. Does anyone have any affordable options?
