  • Question about the WMR site?

Ok so I don't really ask questions but I have been reading all the questions asked on this site. I have seen people go on about the WMR site at irs.gov...now I didn't file my taxes until Jan. 30th in the morning and I know for a fact there is an offset for my husband(we file joint I file injured spouse) which I did with my return....so for giggles I checked the site and it said my refund would be deposited into my account by Feb. 10th....how is this even possible because I know Injured Spouse claims take weeks and weeks before you see your refund.....Do they really like messing with people especially right now when most of us need that money?

  • injured spouse????

I had to file an injured spouse claim after we were notified of an offset. My question is.....if we had elected for our original refund to be deposited into an account where my husbands name was the primary on the account will the portion of the refund due to me deposited into that account or will I receive a paper check? Any help is appreciated....Thanx
