so for the last 3-4 months i've been having serious sleeping issues. there isn't anything i can think of that happened that stressed me out or anything so i don't understand what's causing it. i don't have much of an issue actually getting to sleep but i wake up about 3-5 times every night. i also, always wake up between 10-30mins before my alarm every morning, which is really annoying. i don't usually have any issue getting back to sleep but i never feel rested in the mornings and it makes the nights seem really long.

there's lots of things you can do to help people fall asleep but there isn't much that helps keep people asleep...does anyone have any suggestions?

im taking an intensive workout class that claims to burn 800+ calories a class. i'm just wondering what the best things to eat throughout the day are to make it more beneficial for weight loss? my first couple classes i found really hard and i almost felt like i was going to pass out during one of them. how do i prepare my body for such a large workout?

so i woke up the other morning with a big pimple on my labia majora. i get them like once ever 6 months or something. it's only 1 big one and it's in different places around my labia majora. i've never really heard of anyone getting this so im wondering if i'm the only one??

so i recently moved from the other side of the country to the city where my sister lives. we are 10 years apart and are very different personality wise. she lived in our apartment for 2 months before i moved in so everything is hers and i basically just feel like i live in her house. she got divorced last spring and i know me living with her has helped her a lot to try and deal with that and move on from it so i feel like i'm abandoning her. i love her to death but sometimes she's just so much to handle. i'm really passive and have a hard time expressing myself so i don't know how to explain everything to her properly without coming across as a huge ***** and attacking her with all my issues at once. i feel like she doesn't really have any of the same issues with living together so i don't want her to think it's something about her. i just don't think it's a good idea for us to renew our lease because i think i'll end up resenting her in the future.

i've been on the pill for about 4-5 years now and i'm just getting really sick of it. i keep forgetting to take it and i've gone off it for a couple months at a time over and over again for the last 2 years so i'm just done with it. it also causes me to break out way more than if im not on it which is really annoying.

i'm considering the patch, does anyone have any advice on it? whether it's good or bad?

i've also heard of an iud but don't really know much about it. can you feel it in you? how deep is it? does this cause problems for sex?

also, i like being in control of my period which you can't really do with an iud but does it work similar to the pill with the patch??

i'm trying to mail a cheque from Canada to the US and on the form it's asking what the declared value for customs is. I think it should just be 0 because you can replace a cheque, right?

my sister and i have been living together since september and just the last couple weeks or so she's been really bossy and nagging me about everything, i feel like she's my parent. i'm 22 and she's 32 so she is a lot older but it's really starting to annoy me.

for example, i've been looking for a new job cause i hate the one i have and i got a call one day at home, not sure why she didnt' call my cell phone but anyways i've called her back twice and left messages both times. everyday my sister tells me to call her and then asks me at night if i did..it's just really driving me crazy. i get that she wants me to get a better job because i'm not happy at my current position but her hounding me about it isn't helping.

i bought a stuffed pork loin roast and it doesn't have any cooking instructions on it. Just wondering how long it needs to cook for & what temperature? im assuming it would go in the oven. it's about 8 inches long, 4-5 inches wide & maybe 2 inches high.

I've had my ASUS laptop for about a year and for the last month or so it keeps crashing. I can't watch or listen to anything for more than about 10mins at a time before it just turns off. also, if i have it on and am just doing things, without video or sound, it'll crash after about an hour, sometimes less. usually when it's about to crash the fan will let out what sounds like a big sigh. it does seem to get warm when it crashes but it doesn't feel overly hot.

what could the problem be and how do i fix it??

So i moved to the other side of the country in September and moved in with my sister who was going through a divorce. I was able to transfer offices from my current employment and was excited cause my office was super awesome and then got here and realized this office was totally different so now i hate my job. i've been having a really hard time making friends because everyone at my work is older and i'm quiet and shy and don't know how to approach people or how to meet new friends. luckily, my best friend lives here with her boyfriend but she doesn't have many friends either and the friends she does have is other couples through her boyfriend and all they talk about is their relationships. i've been single for almost 2 years and i just feel really discouraged about love because my last relationship ended really horribly. i just have no motivation to do anything and i don't know what i want to do with my life. i spent like all day yesterday crying after i found out my grandma had a heart attack. i really miss my family and friends back home but i don't know if i would be any happier there. i just don't know what to do. i have all these new financial responsibilities and feel like i can't live the lifestyle i want to so i just feel like useless and wanna spend all day at home in bed.

do you think i'm depressed? also, any advice?

i was fooling around with a guy and at a heated point he kinda moaned and said "me encantas". some people have told me it means i like you but the way he said it kinda made it seem like something to do with the passion and everything that was going on. is there any other meaning for it??
