Alright, I'm doing 200 actual sit ups a day. I'm thirteen 5 foot 11 way about 165 pounds. Will this help me lose weight AND gain muscle?

I'm male, 13, 5 foot 10 inches (or 5 foot 11 inches) and about 160 pounds. The weight is more fro muscle thna fat though. I'm just wondering if this is normal, considering the average weight for my age (accoridng to my school) is 70-120.
