Every year my family and I go on summer vacation to some cool place. I've never enjoyed flying on planes because you're locked in the plane, and that's it. There's no room for "I want to take a walk" or "I'm having anxiety" regardless of how you feel, you're stuck in that metal container. That's what scares me. Even with my fear of flying, I've managed to fly. But when i went away to college, I had a panic attack one night, I dealt with it, but ever since then (january), I've been having a lot of anxiety. Even when I get on trains, I get a little bit anxious now. How did you overcome yours (if you did) and how did you do it? Was there a class you took? did you go to a counselor or therapist or something?

I m taking the silver meteor from Ft Lauderdale to NY tomorrow.

Let's say that i booked a hotel for a certain amount of time, but need to leave early. would they charge extra? i'm not looking for a refund, they can charge what was originally scheduled. i'm just worried about any additional fees. also, what is the process to check out? do you just give them your card key and that's it? do they give you a bill? what kinds of things would be on the bill? ammenities? also, if you missed a flight, would the airline call you or try and get in touch with you? or would they just not care and just leave? reason i'm asking is because i may have to miss a flight. also, would the airline know if you were on the flight or not? idk if this is true or not but ive heard rumors that sometimes airlines charge you extra by not going on a flight? is this true? and if you did miss it, would that be the end of it or would they try to hit you with fees?

Basically, I think I will have to miss a flight. I am not looking for a refund. If you miss a flight, will they notify you by email saying that you have to pay additional fees for missing the flight? Or do they just not care? And in your experience, do hotels charge extra for checking out a day early?

so i was driving northbound on the I-87 in New York and I was doing 80 on a 65 (i know i know) - i explained to the policeman that i was driving up to college. he decided to give me a GEN101A (the level below full blown speeding ticket i think) not exactly sure what it is. for those of you who know more about this, can you explain what it is, how much it cost, how many points will be taken from my license, and how much the ticket cost? this was my first offense so i don't know what to do in these situations and it doesn't say a money amount or cost on the ticket the officer gave me so what exactly am i supposed to pay?

There are a wide variety of environmental problems that humans have caused - polar ice caps melting, releasing toxins into the environment, global warming, loss of habitat, deforestation, etc, etc. Humans fight each other, etc etc. It seems as if there is more hate in the world than love etc etc. With the exception of natural disasters, humans cause all problems. This is a proposition. If you were to argue against that, what would you say and what examples could you provide to support your argument?

i sent money as a gift to someone, and it says the money was sent, but when i check my bank account online, the balance is the same as before i sent the money? it has been 1 day from since i sent the money.

When you tune, what are you tuning, the engine or the ECU? is Hondata Tuning different from Dynotuning? I have an Acura ILX my friend recommended the Hondata Flashpro Tuning. is this different from regular tuning? please be specific

whats the best type of auto racing where the winner will be who is the more skilled driver and not who has the fastest car? also, for races where you identify and location and see who gets there first, is there a particular auto racing sport for that? meaning not on a track, just a set location and the winner is whoever gets there first?

i know you're gonna wanna say the traditional high weight low reps, but is that true? or is it the amount of time that your particular muscle is under tension and isolation of the muscle group that you are trying to build mass on? for example, if i wanted to increase the size of my biceps, instead of doing 8 reps of a high weight, would i benefit from doing as many reps as i can on a lower weight, but really focusing on the squeeze and blood rush to the biceps as well as holding that squeeze and holding the muscle under tension for more time; in addition to using shorter rest periods? because what im trying to do is not increase my strength as much as i am trying to perfect my physique. your input?

have a 2014 acura ilx. it's 4-cylinder engine. not trying to make it into some super fast car that accelerates ridiculously. just want it to feel as if its moving a little easier when i hit the gas. any suggestions? once again, not tryna turn this into a car for the world touring car championship. just want to go a little faster at lower rpm

so there was a high curb and towards the bottom of my car, a little bit of paint got chipped. the paint chip is about 1 inch long half an inch wide. i want to get it fixed. i had a guy at the autobody shop look at it and he said he can take care of it for $120. do you usually have to bring information other than your driver's license? this is the first time ive had to take my car there, please fill me in.

I'm trying to record some guitar stuff and i know many people use the mic to amp technique where they place the microphone next to the amp. however, for stuff like the focusrite scarlett 2i2 how exactly does that work? and which technique is better? what i mean when i ask "how does it work" im basically saying do you just plug your guitar into it, then plug it into the computer and thats it? the sound just pops up on garageband? please explain

I play guitar and i'm looking to play post-grunge type rock (breaking benjamin, evans blue, skillet, RED, etc.). For this type of music, how do these band members usually meet? I know there are a lot of jazz clubs in NYC so people who want to play jazz can group up, but what about bands like breaking benjamin? also, do bands usually get together for business purposes or are they mainly a bunch of friends jamming out together. just trying to get an idea.
