My car Nissan Sentra XE giving problem in starting, once its start it runs fine.

I had recently did 90,000 mile preventive maintenance and started having problem after that.

I have to pump gas paddle to start it.

I asked the seller, if there is any loan on it he said that he has the original title of the car so there is no loan pending on this car , so what do u guys think should i go ahead and purchase this car or should i need to investigate more about the loan. your suggestions will be really helpful , thanks

Hi Ilive in one apartment community in florida , recently i switched apartment within the same community after living for about six month in the first apt. when we switched to bigger apartment , the community manager charged us $ 750 for the carpet damage in the previous apt.and i very well remember that i handover the apartment to them in a very clean condition even though the guy who conducted preliminary inspection said that everything is in nyc condition. now they asked us to pay 750$ for carpet damage, ther is a basic carpet which every other community has and as far as i remember there was only a small stain of the size of ping pong ball caused from spilling of tea. we have to pay them $ 750 as they were not accepting the rent of the new apartment without clearing the previous payment. noe they are saying that carpet ppl told them that it would cost $ 340 to treat the stain and also they recommended to change carpet insted , so the changed the carpet of whole apt and they r charging us for all the amout . is there anything that can be done .. pls help :((

hi i m 2 weeks pregnant, i m on prednisone from last two years for inflamation in my eyes due to Behcet's syndrome (an immune system disorder). My doctor once told me that i have to be on prednisone always though they will taper down the dosage depending on my condition. right now i m on 5 mg daily.
