I applied for US student visa in Yerevan, Armenia and unfortunately couldn't get the visa, the officer said I have to finish last year of high school first, then apply for visa.

one of friend is applying for a major in US but it is not possible for him to take a SAT or ACT exam, he is living in Iran and there is not any testing there. his GPA from high school is 19.71 out 20 ( 3.945/4). is there any way that he can apply for universities without score in SAT/ACT exam ?

I am trying to establish a career base on agriculture, the story is this :

as you may know there is a lack of water in all around the world and in some places it turns to be a great problem for example middle east.

I am looking to be in touch with companies who have some production for watering the plants and reduce the water consumption.

I don't know how to make contact with them, it is easy to find their contact information but I don't know what to say and how to invite them to make investment in other countries. I can provide some required fund or place for company but the first question is this: is it possible to do individually ?

the second one is : how should I make them trust me ? should I invite them to visit the country?

what are the requirements to ask a foreign company to bring it's technology and start a new branch in other country ?

HI guys, I need to insert watermark to cells of a table.

I will have a presentation, and I need to submit a small piece of paper for each audiences ( it is about 4*7.5 cm) I have build a table which has 5 rows and 4 columns and now I need to have watermark for each cell ( write my topic as a watermark ).

how can I add watermark to each cell ?

I am living on campus and in the dorm it is possible to connect to internet only with one device ( laptop or iphone or ipad ) but sometimes I need to have two of them connected. how can I have my laptop as a hotspot so I can have other devices connected and the hostednetwork mode is not supported by my laptop.

so, how can I solve this problem ? is there any external device that I can use as a access point or something like that ?

I have two yahoo emails which I signed up in other country (USA) then I have moved to a new place (Malaysia ). unfortunately I can't use them now, the yahoo website ask me to submit my previous phone number ( the one in USA) to get them back but I don't have access to that phone number. how can I solve this problem ?

does yahoo help center have any email address available that I can contact with them about this issue ?
