I've been breastfeeding my son 8 months now and I still plan on breastfeeding him for a longer time but I was just wondering when did other woman wean there baby's off or when did they self-wean themselves?

My son will be 6 months next week and he still has not slept all night. His bedtime is at 8pm and he only sleeps 4 hours. then wakes up to eat and then on it is every 3 hours he wakes up to eat. he is still breastfed but at night before he goes to bed at 8 I give him 5 oz of formula. should I feed him more or do something different so that he would sleep all night? and giving him a bath before bedtime doesn't make a difference either.

I had a baby 2 months ago and recently got the Mirena in yesterday ever since I have been feeling like peeing a lot or some other strange feeling i dont know if it's my body getting use to it or what, who else has felt like this? should i go back to the health dept.?

Okay my baby is 2 weeks old and recently i have noticed this rash on his forehead my mother said it's because we kiss him to much or could be a heat rash, is that true? and what can i do to make it better? also he gets lots of eye boogers sometimes he can't open his eyes, what can i do about that?

My Fiance & I will be moving into our house this weekend but we are not going to have a house warming party until next weekend, due to our busy schedule. Is the weekend after you move in fine to have a house warming party or to late? Also what do you usually do or how do you host a house warming party? I'm not real familiar to these & no one in my family has ever done one.

38 weeks pregnant and I was wondering is it okay for me to check my own cervix? could it cause any problems or anything?

So i am 37 weeks 5 days pregnant & today me and my partner had a bit of rough sex which caused me to bleed but my midwife told me last time that happen that it is because my cervix is just sensitive but i also started to notice when i go to the restroom to wipe these small brown clumps, could i be losing bits of pieces of my mucous plug?

I'm 37 weeks 2 days pregnant & at my appointment i recently had my midwife check my cervix and said i'm almost 2cm then she told me at my next appointment when i'm 38 weeks if i'm about 3cm dilated she might strip my membranes or stretch out my cervix. what would happen after she strips my membranes & what is the procedure like?

I am not over my due date, i am just wondering what are some ways to naturally induce labor on your own that actually work? & not castor oil (i have heard not so great things about that)

So i am 36 weeks 2 days pregnant and all day today TMI i have had diarrhea & nausea i heard that is a sign labor is near, is that true? & when they say that does it mean like you'll go into labor any day or weeks?

Okay so tomorrow i will be 36 weeks pregnant & my midwife told me last week that my cervix is beginning to soften, do you think it's safe to have sex? I've recently been experiencing problems throughout this pregnancy at 30 weeks i was in the hospital & they had to stop contracts, couple weeks ago i was bleeding and i have been spotting since my midwife said because my cervix is very sensitive & it was from intercourse. would it be a good idea to have intercourse now that my cervix is softening?

Today i turned 34 weeks, my baby is already in the heads down position and i was wondering when does the baby usually drop into the pelvic area & how does it feel?

Today i went to a check up appointment and i am 33 weeks 1 day. my midwife measured me belly and told me i measured 32 weeks but that it was okay but i am still worried i read that sometimes the belly measures small cause your height i`m 4"11 or that the baby could be small because the mother is small. should i worry that maybe he stopped growing or something if i measured just a week behind? and yes my due date is an accurate one

So i am about 33 weeks pregnant and have been thinking of how i am going to discipline my child when he gets older. my oldest sister has a 3 year old and she is just something else, really whiny and my sister spanks her and sometimes pinches her but i don't think the pinching is okay at all.

I didn't want to hit my kids at all but if they act up in the store how do you handle that? is spanking always the answer on how they will behave?

Well tomorrow i will be 32 weeks pregnant and i am going to the beach when i'm 35 weeks pregnant but i don't plan on being there in the afternoon after 1pm. i was wondering what kind of extra precautions i should take and if i can wear a bikini?

I recently got out from the hospital because they said i was going through pre-term labor & they had stopped it. i am now only 1cm dilated but when my midwife had went to go check me she said she didn't really think it was pre-term labor but can braxton hicks contractions make you dilate?

I'm 30 weeks 3 days pregnant and why is that the farther you get the more movements and kicks feel unconformable or seem to hurt? when i feel movements on the side of my belly it does hurt, sometimes i can't even sleep.

At 22 weeks i had a 3d ultrasound done, payed at an ultrasound place and i found out i was having a boy. i am now 30 weeks but ever since this has been in my mind a lot. They told me i was having a boy but i really do not see it. Can anyone see what i clearly cannot? and explain it to me lol
