Please help

I have a 3 year old that saw his pediatrician and she said that he shows signs of being PDD which is a developmental disorder. He is smarter beyond his years. He can figure out my passwords on my computers. I have to change the passwords weekly to make sure that he don't get on them and I can't let him see me type them in or he knows what it is. Anyways, he is an escape artist as well. This weekend I was spring cleaning and it wasn't but a minute and he was gone. I found him getting ready to cross a busy street. Then the next day I was vacuuming my living room and he was eating I went to grab my hose out of my closet and attached it to my vacuum and he was still eating. when I got done he was gone. I went outside and he had gotten into the baby swing and flipped it over and was hanging upside down crying. My neighbor called the cops. Today Tuesday he was at the babysitters and took off when she went to get something. The cops were called again and found him two blocks away. The doctor has not fully diagnosed him and it is causing hell in my life. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I know I'm not a bad parent i just can't keep up with him.

I am a temp at a travel agency and put in an application for the permanent spot. The permanent spot is the one I am filling in for. I was thinking about leaving but now they have interviewed me. I have another place that has called and wants an interview next week. Should I just forget about the other one or should I go for it to keep my options open? It is 40 miles away and I don't think it will pay a lot but it is permanent work. So should I stay at my temp job and see how it pans out or interview for the other place?

I was nervous and at a loss for words. It was a laid back interview and I don't know why I was so nervous because I have all the experience and knowledge he was looking for. He asked me my strengths and I told him I am dependable, trustworthy, a people person, and multi tasker. Then the infamous question came Tell me your weaknesses. I told him that I tend to be a perfectionist. I spend a lot of time looking at the whole picture instead of just a little bit of it. He smiled and said okay other then being great at what you do and being a perfectionist is there anything else. I think this is what got me off track. At the end of the interview he asked me if there was anything else that i wanted to tell him. So I told him that I have experience with everything that he is looking for. Then he asked me when I would be able to start and I told him right away. He said good because the lady in the position is leaving friday and he wants someone in there at least for one day so they could get some training in and I told him that I was a very good note taker. He said fantastic He will let me know something soon. He has a few other interviews today. What do you think?

And they had hung out in a small group setting and she had taken her baby and he held the baby all night because he says he likes babies. She asked me what I would do. I have an interview today for a Business Office Manager postion and I know that the question, What are your weakness?, is going to come up. How do I answer this? Do I say that I am an overachiever, Do I say that I like to take on extra projects to stay busy? Please help!!!

I took a position with a travel agency knowing it was going to be temporary. When I started the manager told me that they do have a full time permanent position open and told me that I should apply. I did apply and there have been many others that have as well. She has not conducted any interviews and today she is out of the office and a lady came in who said she had an interview for my position with someone that I have never heard of. Another lady in the office called our manager and she didn't know anything about it. Should I start looking for another job or wait this one out and hope it works?

My husband committed suicide in 2007 and ever since then I have felt that someone is watching me. I wake up all the time at night because I think I hear things. Do you think that maybe he is still here? I have moved twice since then and it is still happening. It gets really bad around his bday and our anniversary.

I lost my husband back in 2007. I had filed for a seperation and 3 weeks later he committed suicide. We were married for 5 yrs. I still find myself missing my life with him and him in general. I miss being able to talk to him and just seeing him. His family does not speak to me other than to see their granddaughter. When he was alive though his mom was like mine. She taught me to cook certain foods and we just spent a lot of time together. How long will it take to quit hurting? I have tried to move on to another relationship but I think that did nothing but make matters worse. I believe that is why I want out of this other relationship and to be alone. Can anyone give me some insight?

I have been with this guy for 3 yrs and we have 2 beautiful boys together. I have noticed that in the last year or so I get anxious around him. I'm not talking about happy anxious it is more like dread. I don't want him touching me or even talking to me and we live in the same house. Just the thought of it all makes me sick. He has 3 other kids from a previous relationship that live with us as well. I use to do all kinds of stuff with them but now I don't even like being around them. They just irritate me and I swear they are doing it on purpose. I just feel in my heart that I want to be alone with my kids. He says that it is depression but I don't feel depressed at all. I work an 8 to 5 job and have been paying for everything for the last year because he didn't want to work. I have told him I want to move out because I feel used. Now he went out and got a job and is trying to say he will give me all his paychecks and I just don't care. I don't want his money I just want to be left alone. Can anyone help?

I have been with this guy for 3 yrs and we have two kids together. I am absolutely stressed and tired of life right now. He has 3 kids from a previous marriage that live with us and I have gotten to the point that I cannot stand them. They bite and scream and his 6 yr old still poops his pants. I know I am bad for saying that I cannot stand them but I just can't anymore. I want to leave. I told him this and he said that it was fine that I want to move out but he wants to continue the relationship. What would you do? I know that I won't want a relationship with him in 6 months. Ok my boyfriend and I have been together for 6 months. We have lived together the whole time. I am 5 months pregnant. He goes out of town to work and claims that he is staying with his boss but when I call him he doesn't answer his phone. Then he will text me and say that he is with so and so and can't answer his phone but he can text. I have his daughter here at my house so she can go to school when he is gone. What do I do? The stress it putting too much pressure on my body and the baby.

Ok. I am 24yrs old and had left my husband because the relationship just wasn't working and I had cheated on him and couldn't live with him knowing that. Three weeks after I left I got a call saying he had committed suicide. I am devestated. I really just need someone to talk to. It has been a rough life for me and I have two small children to take care of. There are days that I miss him so much and I blame myself for what happened and then there are days when I am so angry for what he did that I don't even want to think about it. Anyone have any ideas on if this is the grieving process?

I have endometriosis and was wondering if I can still get pregnant. We have been trying for the last month without success. Any ideas?

I have a job interview today and I am not sure what to tell them when they ask me why I want to leave my current job. I love my job where I am at it is the controller that just won't let things be. He will keep bills in his office and forget about them but when things get shut off he blames it on me because they weren't paid and he does this in front of the owners so they think it is all my fault. Afterwards he will bring me in the bill and say get it paid pronto. So what do I say when asked "Why are you looking for employment now?" The benefits here suck but my pay is good. Any help will be appreciated.

I have a job interview today at a hogbarn as their office manager/bookkeeper. I didn't dress up a lot because it is a hogbarn. I did dress business casual and did my hair nice. Do you think it will be ok? Any tips?

Ok. I have been married for 5yrs. I give to my husband all the time. He wanted a new boat so when we refinanced our house I let him buy one. He wanted a fish finder so I let him buy one. He wants to go out to eat I let him pick where he wants to go. The one thing that I have not done was keep the bank acct up on the computer. I keep track of a lot of it in my head. He has just gone off the deep end. Last friday we had a huge blow out and he told me that he believes money makes the world go round. Not his family but money. He has children from a previous marriage that I am very close to. They call me their best friend. Anyways I just can't take his being *itchy all the time. It is all about the money. In 5yrs I have gotten nothing for my bday xmas anniversary val's day nothing. I always get him something. I have put up with this way too long. What would you do? Try to work it out or leave. Maybe some advice on how to work through it would be good. No smart alec comments please.

Can someone please give me some advice? My stepdaughter who is ten still sucks her thumb at night. She doesn't do it purposely. She goes to sleep not sucking her thumb and when she wakes up she is. She went to the orthodonist today and they said that it needs to stop right away or it could cause some serious problems. (It has already caused some.) They are having to put brackets behind her teeth to hopefully keep them in place. They want to put braces on in 2yrs but if she keeps sucking her thumb they might have to do surgery. Any suggestions? She loves hot stuff so anything hot doesn't work. Already tried. I got her to quit when she was awake by bribing her with 20 dollars. I just can't bribe her with money when she is doing something that she doesn't know she is doing.
