I installed a new battery .. the one was weak in the car, I jumped it yeasterday it ran fine.... today I replaced the battery now the car won't start. turns over strong... I don't even hear the fuel pump... I think th alarm system locked me out... any one know how to get the car started with out towing it to the dealer?

I am going to try paint my project car myself, I have a hvlp gun and was wondering what Solution I can use in it to practice painting with? I have heard something about water and alcohol? and are there any other tips anyone can give me and recommend what paints to use going to be done in my garage

the truck will start for a few seconds then cut off, like the security system is killing it.. when you turn the key on the security light comes on for three seconds then goes off then comes back on a second later and stays on even with the key off and out of the ignition, fuel pressure good , can't communicate with any of the computers in the truck , checked all fuses , power and grounds at ecm all good, did not check powers and grounds to body control module but that shouldn't stop communication to ecm... also not sure but only had one power at the aldl.. think there must be some sort of wiring problem somewhere.. but why can't I communicate with any of the computers, abs, body, ecm, trans, airbag,? doesn't make much sense to me,,tried two different scanners, snap on red brick and otc genysis still no comm. and the truck like I said seems as if the security system is keeping it from running,, any ideas??

I want to replace my homes windows, would it be cheaper to do it my self? I want to replace the complete windows not replacement windows, I have vinyl siding on my house would this interfere with installation? how would i go about measuring and ordering new windows? the reason I want to replace the complete windows I want to make sure there is proper insulation around them and my sills are wood and rotting and cracking.

I am trying to help a friend with his points ignition , 73 mustang he has a msd blaster 2 coil, took out one set of points now has only one set, havn't checked the gap on them he put them in, but what is happening is the car only starts once in a while, and if you watch the spark it starts strong then gets very weak, so if the car starts it runs for a few seconds then cuts off. I can't be too sure its not a fuel problem since he put a brand new 4bbl carb on the car it has a 351 but I don't know if the 4bbl is too much for it, I think it is spark since when it does start and cuts off it is like someone turned the key off. you can rev the engine when it does start once or twice then it just cuts off any ideas? points gap too wide? or fuel problem?

anyone know why my head hurts when I jump ? I noticed when I jump on a jogging trampoline my head hurst everytime I hit the trampoline, stop jumping and no pain at all... any idea what causes this? by the way I am in good health in my mid 30's

I am in my mid 30's ... as a kid I had anxiety about going to school ... once there I was okay... as I got older I started haveing panic attacks mainly on my way to work driving sitting traffic jams, and then a little later at work.... I would drink a cup of coffee when I got up and then one more when I got to work... I recently went to decafe coffee... and the panic attacks have really decreased... today I decided to have a cup of coffee at work cafinated... and shortly after drinking it got my usual dizzy , weak , feeling leading to a mild panic attack... I have noticed that in the morinings at work a lot of the time I would get this dizzy off balance feeling that would subside later that morning after eating something and time had past... could it be that the dizziness, panic attacks, anxiety could of been brought on by caffiene? I never took any meds for my anxiety/panic attacks since I don't like taking meds... could coffee have been a problem for all these years?
