Ive been using media off go music now.com and it worked until now. but i got a new computer so it doesn't just auto convert. i need to switch itunes music so i can put it onto a windows music player video. can some one help me out here?

the girl who answered my question said i should use undermine for my battle pair but i dont know what that s and i tried all the different pairs for hope and lightning but nothing came up =(
