?

I have rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure,anxiety , spinal stenosis that I just had surgery for! Now I get this notice in the mail saying take this mental exam or you may not be found disabled ! All my jobs have been manual labor lifting heavy objects , like motors for heavy equipment. Furniture and appliances such as sofas, tables refrigerators and washing machines . I only have high school education and they don't want to give me disability because Im only 44 but Im in so much pain all the time! I guess they want to see if I can do another job by taking this mental exam. How can I convince them on this test that I cant think strait when Im in so much pain! What can I do ? Thanks in advance for your answers !

Im seeing four different doctors and have a stack of medical evidence a mile high ! They don't know how I worked this long with the pain and nerve damage in my legs from the stenosis which was caused by rheumatoid arthritis !

I'm not a hypochondriac because these problems do exist but thanks for trying !

I have paid into the system since I was 15 years old and its not fraud ,that's the problem there is too many people that don't need it that's screwing it up for everyone else !
