I only need to lose ten more pounds to be at my goal weight, and I want to lose it as FAST AS POSSIBLE. The only problem area I have is my stomach, I wouldn'teven care how much I weigh if my stomach would be flat or less fat. Everywhere else is fine. What is the best way to lose this weight/fix my stomach the fastest?

I keep hearing that doing crunches in addition to eating healthily doesn't get rid of fat on your stomach, it just builds muscle that won't show until the fat is gone. If this is so, than what do you do to specifically get rid of stomach fat? That is really my only problem spot, everything else is fine, it's only the stomach, so I don't really waste my time with the other parts of the body.

I haven't been eating for the last month or so, and then I started eating again, but everytime I ate I would puke it up. I lost 10-13 pounds in this process. Here for the last few days I haven't been able to puke because I have had family around, because I have been back from college. Can anyone tellme approximatly how much weight I will have gained from this?

I am going completly out of my mind, because I am not in college right now, and I need some really cool art projects to do, or really cool contemporary artists to look up, I will do anything from sketching to painting to sculpture.... almost anything. Does anyone have any ideas for me? Much appreciation to you if you do! :D

Is it possible to lose 20lbs in a month? I know it's very unlikely, but how much do you think i could lose if:

I run 10-30 minutes a day

200 crunches a day

10-20 minutes of yoga a day

Not to mention eating very little, and vegetarian.

Currently 5'3 145 lbs.

What would happen if I was anorexic for 1-3 months and then stopped? Keeping in mind I would be eating very healthy foods (vegetarian) and continuing exercising? Would I still gain weight back? Serious answers please.

1-2 bites of pankacke

2 crackers with almond butter on them

2-3 bites of banana

2-3 crackers with beans on them

And A LOT of water

Can anyone who goes to the Michaels in Burleson tell me what size canvas' they sell? Not the flat ones, but the raised kind?
