I started running 3-4 miles a day 3 months ago. When I was experiencing pain in one of my feet and I went to buy running shoes about 2 weeks ago, I told the runner who was assisting me that I was experiencing foot pain. She told me planters Fasciiitis was the cause and after reading up on it I completely agree. I stopped running and did yoga,rest, etc. for 3 days in a row but I went running again for just 2 miles and the strain was obviously still there. I ve been rolling my foot on a golf ball and frozen water bottle, but I felt like after my 2 mile run I was back to where I was 3 days ago. Do I need to stop running for a week? Lower my mileage for a few weeks? I ve tried a couple other exercises for my feet too. As a new runner, what should I do to treat this and prevent this? Do I have to stop running For even longer than 3 days? You probably know that running is addictive and 3 days without it broke my heart :(

So I plan on taking the LSAT in June possibly October. Just wondering what LSAT prep books, practice tests, etc would you recommend?

So I just went to a Dean Baker presentation, where he was discussing getting rid of the cap ($113,700) on income so no matter how much money you earn you have to pay the Social Security tax on all it. So the fixed rate applied to everyone and their income, by everyone I mean everyone who pays into Social Security. Is this kind of flat tax progressive? I have heard some different arguements on why some flat taxes are considered progressive or proportional, I just have no idea whether this one is Progressive or Proportional. Can someone give me some insight?

Okay so my teacher says she doesn't care if it's MLA or not but since I knew MLA that's what I stuck with. So in my in text citations I would usually introduce the author in my sentence and there "authority" if it was the first time I was quoting them and then at the end have the page number in parenthesis if there was one. I got my paper back and my teacher is saying I didn't cite in text correctly. I think she's asking me to put the author's name in parenthesis at the end, but why would I do that if I already introduced them in the sentence. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I'm not trying to say that people that rely on welfare are drug addicts in anyway. I have noticed though that some of my old friends from wherever do have some bad habits and rely on welfare. If we spend tax money to help those in need why aren't we making sure that we are supplying those that are putting that money to good use? I think that if we did drug test those on welfare we could save money in the long run by cutting those off that test positive. Yes I know it would cost money to do, but I think it would give those on drugs more of an incentive to get off them. We could actually spend that tax money where it is intended to be spent. I am open to any objections and explanations as to why we shouldn't.

SO my teacher wants me to do a drawing, he says " Assuming that an adult cell starts with 3 homologous pairs of chromosomes (one large, medium, and small pairs) draw the cells as they exist after DNA replication, meiosis, and mitosis." So theproblem I have is that I know how to do this with 1 pair or 2 pairs i just don't know what to do with with the odd number of 3. Im specifically thinking of meiosis. How can a third chromosome pair split into 2 cells after DNA replication? So the problem starts out with one cell which holds the 3 chromosomes, then goes to one cell again to show the DNA replication, then splits to two cells after meiosis 1 (this is where I don't know what to do), then goes to 4 cells to show the ending result after meiosis 2. How in the world do I do this with 3 chromosomes.

When I got my computer the keyboard lights came on when I typed but now I can't get them to turn on. I think I may have pressed something but I don't know. That is untrue I just took humanities and my book and my humanities teacher says that they took money to teach those around them. I highly doubt a up to date text book and someone with an actual degree to teach these things would both be wrong. That is why Socrates hate them because they took peoples money to teach them. I want to get an aftermarket muffler for my car. I do not want full exhaust. How much do you think it will cost? I had one on my last car and I liked it a lot so I want to do it on my new car. There is plenty of room for it with the body kit that's on my car, it looks like it is practically made to have an aftermarket muffler, so there shouldn't be a problem with that. So all I really want to know is how much for the muffler on average and how much for installation all together.

I downloaded it all but when I start play it shows the opening screens then it loads with the guy running in the bottom right corner then it flashes the screen it's supposed to go to next only for a second and immediately takes me to my player with a black screen around him and to the right it will let me type a few letters i don't know why it takes me here but I dont think it's supposed to and i try pressing enter and like everything on the key board but it wont let me play tell me whats wrong I dont think its my computer its well updated and lets me play other pc games.
