Other than just eating more of course.

It's just really hard for me to exercise hard and not lose weight.

If I skip a meal, i'll lose a pound.

Any tips on how I can keep up my weight and possibly gain weight?

Like anything you've done yourself and can confirm it to work?

For example, I heard that I should just restructure my whole diet.

In a perfect world, all the men would look like Brandon Flowers and the women like Scarlett Johansson.

And i mean every sport that gets media time, not just baseball, football, hockey, soccer, or basketball. Analysts talk about these guys as if they are objects and not humans with feelings. They trade them away to other teams and say they are just things.

Doesnt everyone know that there is immense pressure on athletes to perform? Then if they dont perform, the analysts call them busts or weak players. Just an example, when Joey Harrington was picked by the Lions and didnt perform well, he started recieving death threats from fans.

Even when Kwame Brown was picked first by the Wizards in the NBA, Michael Jordan called him a "flaming ******". From then on, everyone started ragging on the guy and made fun of him. Even his own team crowd booed him out. And guess what? He was only about 23 at the time. Arent you supposed to encourage someone, not cuss them out if you want them to do well?
