Excel - Need Formula to Count Number of times a visit was made to an individual on a summary page for the year. I have a workbook with sheets named Jan to Dec, I have a unique number in C-4 to how many ever lines needed, have Name Area in D4 to however many lines needed, C4 and D4 are consistent across the work book as the starting lines for the data on each sheet that I need to sum). I would like to get a Summary Sheet that would use the C4 # to count the number of times a visit was made to an individual (the individuals name may be entered differently in D4, but I would like the summary to show one listing of the names Entry's in D4 (D3 number is to make sure that different name entries do not effect count #) in one Column and the number of visits in another Column on the what I am referring to on the summary page.
