I have him on my FF team but he is sitting comfortably at the bottom of my roster. If he doesn't get traded or start for SD I'm cutting him.

I am in a 10 man league and I pick 9th. I understand that this is a decent starting position because I pick again on the 12th pick. I have a guy trying to move out of the 3rd pick and into my pick. I don't really care about All Day or CJ, but the Andre Johnson pick is a good one in my eyes. So my question is would you move out of the 9th to get to the 3rd?

Ive forgotten. Any help is most appreciated.
