I work in a small company my job there is sweeper , I have 2 other helpers ..I need time off but afraid to tell the truth. ,,us it better if I say that I need to leave the country to take care of my father ill..or should i say I have a surgery coming up the company is not so professional about management i dont know if they can ask for proof please help me choose

long story short , i used to work for and agency for one year then he saw that i was very good doing security i was making $9.00 per hour ,he used to pay me $14.00 under the table for working on saturdays now when he hire me we never talk about money, and when i got pay my surprise was he pays me $12.00 and i dont charge him overtime sometimes i work 16 hours , i ask him to pay me $16.00 and no overtime any ways is been 3 weeks and i told him that i giving him my 2 weeks notice , he just said ok is fine. ? why,,he has never had a security like me i did alot of changes and secure his warehouse so good the company is not going to go broke for my raise. i dont understand why he is not offering me money when he hires a company they will charge him more what happen? i told him only 2 more weeks and am done. p.s i really care for him but i fell like he let me down. he does have lots of money.

i got this job offer for 14 hour salary is it good if i take it i work around 12-15 per day and sometimes saturday for 8 hours boss told me after 6 months i get 16 per hour plus 20 percent extra . honestly i think that 120 per day for those many hours is too low what do you people think?

never met my half brother in person he is coming in 2 weeks because his son is in baseball and there coming to play against other team here in my town ,question whole family coming over .do i invite him and all to my house problem is my mom and step dad live with me cause we share rent ..do i invite him do i meet him on the street give me advise please.

he hire me to do loss prevention at his warehouse ,i have given him so many ideas and tips and i have even told him who steals from him and that we need to change things at the warehouse but he would not do anything i get tired cause i try my best and i really care about his company am dedicated to him am very honest i do care . but i get stress out about lots if things i feel like resigning what should i do? he has a good heart

security kind of sucks he is friends with the workers i have a few cameras but people still no matter what any tips how to make warehouse more secure and how to check people or observe them when they exit the warehouse thank you.
