basically, i had a major fall out with my adoptive parents and family and changed my name and life to not include them, this was over ten years ago and were starting to speak again and i havent the heart to tell them what i did cos i was angry and very depressed at the time. Im in the process of having my first child now and i want to use the family name or it will devastate my family. i need to know if i have to do the deed poll thing again or can i just use my original birth certificate to change everything back again.
