So I've adopted this neglected pooch who seems to be a lhasa apso or a mix of that breed. Her fur was badly knotted and matted on her paws, legs, and behind her ears. She's malnutritioned and skinny, so small that when we first took her in, we thought she was a puppy.

On further examination though, we've discovered that she has what looks like cataracts in her right eye. It's a bluish haze or film over her dark brown iris. The left eye is normal.

Does this mean that the dog is old?

I found this snake, and I've been told it's a "Tan Racer". I live in southeast Texas, so snakes are all over. This one is only about 7 inches long right now, but I've been told they can get up to 5 ft. I wanted to keep it as a pet, because it seems pretty docile. It's a constrictor type snake, non-venomous. So since it's little, will it be easier to tame? Will it be hard to feed? Help?!

I know Florida is very strict with their laws regarding gay adoption, but I'm wondering about the custody of biological children from a previous heterosexual relationship. Does the court factor homosexuality into a custody battle in Florida?

Ok, there was a country singer in the late 80s-early 90s named Rodney *something*.. I can't remember his last name, but I know it wasn't Carrington or Crowell.. He was kind of nerdy looking.. Short dark hair, glasses, skinny guy.. All I remember is a song about breaking up and he's all playing the guitar in the streets... Does anyone remember who this guy is, or what song he sang?
