Back pain what to do?
I am pain killers and it is not working i would like to know what i could do but i am not taking alive ibprofin tilinol or any thing like that i am in so much pain i just might go back in to the clinic

I went to the dr and all they gave me was just muscial relaxers and a patch that relaxes the muscial at night but that dose not help when i am up for the day i just want to cry do to of the pain. My dr is putting me through tharipy for the back but I just dont think that will help when i put my arm behind my back i am in so much pain that i have to just sit and cry because of the pain i dont know how to deal with the pain. Is there any thing i can do besides go back in to the dr?

just to let you know that my dad would pull back as hard as he could until the dog would cry because the dog would try to run and my dad was told that you should pull back the training collar until the dog yelps.
