i have this, i dunno what on my inner thigh area, in the quantity of 1(one), but its about 4 millimeters in diameter, its all white surrounded by red skin, and it hurts to walk because it keeps rubbing against my other inner thigh. Im a Male 15 years old, i shower everyday, ive never had intercourse so it cant be herpes. Im afraid, and embarrassed to ask another adult, and ive looked around the internet with no help for answers, please help, because i have an important athletic event in one week. and im afraid to pop it due to moisture and fear of infections. please help someone im freaking out!

whats the difference between a 5.56X45mm Nato and a .223 Remington they both look the same to me but i thinks theres more, can You help shine some light on the situation?
