Does anyone know that the word Monday is considered a racial slur?

Carl Crawford a baseball player for the Boston Red Sox doing rehab with

a triple a team was called a Monday by a police officer at a rehab game.

Come to find out the police department is considering firing the cop for

using what they called a racial slur? Note Carl Crawford was upset at

being called this name by the off duty officer.

Does anyone know about this word as being a racial slur. That is the first

time I ever heard it. Just wondering how wide spread this word is used as

a racial slur?

This is going to be long but I want to give you as much info. as I can.

I am looking for info. from anyone who may have internet connection

issues with a pc while using Windows Vista.

Here is my problem. When I start my PC up (HP Pavilion 4 years old) my pc

will never connect direct to the internet. I need to go into network

connection. Then I have to disable the network adapter card and then

enable the network adapter card. Usually once I do this it connects

to the internet and I can use the pc.

(When I first got the pc with Vista I never had any problems until one

time after a full auto download of the Vista system.)

Then if I leave the pc for any extended amount of time without usuage

it shows that it is still connected but when I go to open email or the

web it says I am not connected. I once again have to go through the

steps above to reconnect again.

Here is some other info. I am running a cable modem (Comcast) direct

wire to the pc. I have no wireles router. Only hardwired to the pc.

Fixes that have been done. Cable has come in and replaced the cable

modem and checked all the lines to the house. Everything at their end

is good.

I have added a standalone network adapter card to my pc and when I use

it it has the same exact problem. So I am back to only using the motherboard

adapter card. On both cards I updated to the lattest software from the web.

I have replaced the ethernet cable wires with new ones a couple times as they

said cables can go bad and cause connection problems.

All in all none of the fixes I have tried work. My pc never connects at startup

and drops me whenver it feels like it.

I have researched online for answers and it looks like it might be a Vista problem.

Thus I am looking for anyone who has the same problem and fixed it. Also I

would like to hear from you if you have the problem and still have the problem like

I do.

Looking for help as this connection problem is driving me crazy.
