I inherited a juvenile red tail catfish (2- 3 inch) please dont beat me up over tank sizes that are needed and things like that .My question is hes pretty banged up and i was wondering what i can do to help him heal

i have 2 albino oscars which arent really showing signs of breeding such as lip locking but they did dig a nice size hole under a bridge i have in my tank and follow each other around constantly i was wondering if its possible theyre prepareing for breeding in your opinion and they also frequent the dug out spot like most of the time ive done lots of research on breeding them and added a piece of flat slate for them to lay eggs on any other things i can do to help them along would be considered helpful thank you in advance

4 AnswersFish1 decade agoin my 45 gallon tank i have a few small fishand some crayfish with some plant bulbs i have a diy co2 reactor?
it was fine for about a week now all the sudden the tank is real real cloudy like i cant see 6 inches into the tank could this be from the diy reactor i disconnected it just in case and cleaned my filters i have 2 top fin 40s there looks to be like a fungus in the tank from what i can see how can i clear it up without killing everything

its a 40 gallon with a few caves they seem to like the caves also theres 2 crayfish and some sort of minnow and nooo im not just gonna put the fish back as it would break his heart i want to get him into aquariums and keep him out of trouble as we live in a bad neighborhood i just want some ideas how to set the tank up
