Why won't my computer access my work computer using remote desktop?
We have windows XP Pro at work but I run windows 7 at home. We tried to follow all the steps but it keeps saying the computer is unreachable or the IP address is wrong or does not recognize computer name on this network. Been trying for days please help.

My computer went to read only files and I was unable to change them back. I tried ti uninstall the harddrive and reinstall it but the computer says there's no harddrive connected. I got and Ide message once but don't know how to fix it. I was using two hard drives and the main one is the one that crashed.
