It wasn't a simple divorce case. The Davises, Junior and Mary Sue, were asking the court to make a judgment in a kind of case no other court had looked at before. Earlier in their marriage, because of infertility problems, the couple had visited a clinic and undergone a procedure called in vitro fertilization. In this procedure, her eggs and his sperm were fertilized in the laboratory and nine embryos were produced. Two were placed in Mary Sue's uterus, and seven were frozen. The two embryos placed in her body did not grow to a pregnancy. Although the Davises had planned to return and use the other seven, they found the situation of the marriage unbearable-perhaps partly because of the procedure itself, which is expensive and stressful. They decided to divorce, and now each was asking for the embryos.

Junior wanted the embryos to destroy them, whereas Mary Sue wanted to implant the embryos. Mary Sue's attorney argued for Mary Sue's right to proceed with the implantation on the basis that the embryos were potential human life, not typical property. She argued further that even if the embryos were ruled to be property, Mary Sue should have a say in their disposition, under the divorce laws of Tennessee. She also entered a counterclaim that Junior be ordered to pay child support in the event that Mary Sue bore a child.

in Safari, i want to be able to delete bookmarks quickly and easily without having to go to Bookmarks settings? i know i could do it in Chrome simply by clicking the yellow star in the address bar and a small pop up will come up and allow me to delete the bookmark. I somehow cannot find a shortcut in Safari without having to go to the Bookmarks settings (open book symbol) and looking for that specific bookmark. Pressing "control" while clicking the bookmark does not give me options to delete it but rather just brings me to the site.....

its especially helpful to mark pages like Craigslists ads that i bookmark and "un"bookmark often...

I am planning to change the spark plugs of my 2005 Scion XA. all the following spark plugs are compatible for my car.

i could get 4 spark plugs for the following prices:

NGK Iridium iX $11.00 (iridium tip)

is platinum or iridium spark plugs really worth the difference? no matter what spark plugs, i am still intending to change them at 30k mile which is the suggested interval (i am guessing with oem parts)

the price difference is very little but if there is no difference with performance, i don't feel like spending a dollar or two extra... so is it worth it to get platinum or iridium?

My steering is very stiff in the first 10 seconds or so. After i pull off my parking spot or driveway, my steering goes back to normal. My car is a 2005 Scion XA.

I am looking to buy a 2005 Scion XA here in California. According to the seller, the car used to be registered in California but was transferred to Colorado by her daughter. I am wondering how much it is going to register the car here to California? For whatever its worth, the seller is going to smog the car for me so at least that is taken out of the way.
