My 2007 Toyota Rav4 was involved in a rear end collision. It was fully repaired, and the body was fixed and repainted. How much of a decrease in value can I expect on my car because of the accident?

My mini dachshund lost the use of her her rear legs on Thanksgiving. We suspect due to a ruptured disc in her back (she is on steroid treatment now, and receiving an MRI this weekend). She is in good spirits, and has full use of her front legs. Although she has developed a staph infection in her lower back, which we suspect might be linked to the paralysis in some form.

She appears to have control of her bowels, as she does not have accidents in the house, lets us know when she needs to go as well. However, when we take her outside, she does not seem to realize when she is using the bathroom, and continues to "walk" when it is happening. In the past week, she has started having use of her tail again.

What are the odds of her regaining full or partial use of her rear legs without surgery?

About 9 days ago, I came home and found my 3 year old Mini Dachshund shaking and wimpering. I brought her to the vet, and after xrays, he noted a minor herniation of a disc. He gave her anti inflammatory medicine, purposely avoiding steroids or pain killers, as to avoid getting her to confident, running and making it worse.

4 days after that she began to show weakness in her rear left leg (still showing signs of discomfort), and 2 days after that, the leg was paralyzed, and her rear right leg was beginning to show weakness.

We admitted her to the animal hospital 4 days ago, and they have begun steroid treatment.

After 2 days of treatment, she has shown no signs of further deterioration, and still has pain sensations in her lower body. However, there are no signs of improvement so far.

The vet was not keen on the surgery for her, as it is only about 75% effective, and steroids are the same. A 2nd opinion from another vet confirmed this. Especially since she isn't completely paralyzed below the waist yet, and still has some feeling.

Is it to early to tell if they will work, or is this an early indicator I should buy a dog wheelchair? Or do I need to wait longer and see if she shows signs of improvement?

It was in either Men's health, Women's Health, Shape or fitness magazine. It was a meal plan, than gave 300 calorie breakfast, 400 Calorie Lunch, 500 Calorie Dinners, and 150 Calorie snacks. It had 4-8 choices for each meal, and gave an eating out alternative (ie McDonalds Mcmuffin or Starbucks). I had it on my fridge, but my fiancee accidentally threw it away. I had cut it out of a magazine a year or so ago, now I am trying to find is online. Does anyone know where it is? Or has a link to it?

I am looking to take a space inside my house(no exterior expansion), and add a 1/2 Bath. I am looking at a 5x5 space, and there is currently no plumbing running to that area. How much would you estimate it would cost(not including fixtures)?

I bought a 2005 Mini Cooper used, about a month ago. I just realized yesterday I am should be putting premium grade gas in it, instead of regular. Is this a bad thing? Would mid grade be ok? Can I mix premium and regular or regular and mid grade and still be ok?

I just bought a 2005 Mini Cooper. The DVD for navigation is missing, does anyone know where I can find a new one? Also it only has 1 key and no owners manual, do I have to contact BMW to get another key for it and a owners manual?
