out of 10 (ten being painfull as having ears pierced) how painfull is it to have blood sample taken

im 15 and i started my period when i was 12 but i only have it 1 a year (i know it's not normal) for a while now i thought matubation stopped periods as i do it 2-4 times every night. and im worried how do i get regular periods (my mum dosent have regular periods and she has the dissorder that makes her look abit like a man gain weight easy be more hairy and ireagular periods. and i think i have it but i dont want blood taken away from me)

so the questions are:

is it normal and ok to matubate every night

how do i get regular periods and if i have that condision my mum has how do i help minimse it with blood being taken from me by a needle

i used to have 4-5 friends 2 boys Luke & Ant 3 girls Charlie,Kelly, Jemma.

I have now lost them all. First i lost Kelly (quiet) i stopped all communication with her as she is in the over half of the year, friends with people who hate me (and i hate them to) and can never find her. Then i lost Jemma (bull, i don't normally like bullies but i owe her one) i lost her when she became friends with over bullies and keep being chucked out of school. then i lost Ant he moved away because of Charlie (as charlie is mean, sly and selfish) then i lost charlie (thank god) (as the only reason i was her friend was cause she was Luke's sister and she wouldn't let me be his friend if i wasn't her) there was a incident with luke which made him go to foster parents so i fell out with her (as i never liked her (i am a nice girl)) then i lost Luke cause of charlie as she kept bullying him. (luke is my BFF) and now he is gone i have no friends and it is impossible to make new friends as im servilely bullied also i don't want to make new friends cause i still class these as my friends (except from charlie) but i don't get to be with them. so i just want to know how on earth am i meant to go through the rest of year 10 year 11 and 1 year of college with out Luke (he has been held back a year) with out going crazy with loneliness. when i was in primary school i was the quietest girl there i never spoke to anyone and i never did anything and i was happy but high school is different (just thinking of being alone makes me want to cry) school does have a room for lonely people and people who are naughty or have difficulties but it's lonely there to ( i do like it in there as people don't judge me for what i eat) also Luke spent all his time with me at school which includes science,maths,pe,ict,break,lunch and we always sat next to each over (also we hated doing practical things with over people so we did it in pairs) but he is gone so what can i do i don't have any hobbies (i have tried to get some but it's just not me) im not sporty,or creative and i hate to socialise (part of my disability) so what can i do im not asking for a friend i just want to know what can i do (i already read books and listen to music but i makes me think how lonely i am and how the character has more friends then me. when i play games it just makes me more lonely as me and Luke used to compete.

i used to read a book but i cant remember what its called.

it was a boy book for about ages of 11 and about 2 cm thick (i think) on the front cover it had a pack of green gloop which i can touch (but it couldn't get out of the cover)

right. in my (UK) school we have 3 groups in PE tthere'sthe boys,girls, and mixed (ones whichare terrible at pe) and we have 3 different sports wiwhichhe groups take terns in and we have 5 weeks each sport (2 lessons a week) and at the moment im doin gymbut i am dreading what happens next i have trapoline (wich is ok) and WALLCLIMBING (NO!) i am terrified of hights the last time i was on a wall i burst into tears and that was 2 years ago i still cry when im scared (im in year 10) i have never missed PE but now i realy need to miss wall climbing
