Hey guys. I'm a 5'4" 106 pound female, and I need to start deadlifting in order to pass a physical examination. Aside from running, I don't really have much of an athletic background. If I'm starting from nothing with a pretty weak body, how long do you think it would take for me to be able to deadlift my body weight? I have nine months to prepare. Thanks!!

I just see him around the halls, but I like him. Not for his looks, but his personality. Haha is it weird I feel this way? My friend is his sister, but she's keeping it a secret from him. We sit together in class and the whole time he kept flirting with me. I'm the only girl in the class other than my two friends but he talk to me the most(by a wide margin). Today in class, I was tapping his arm with my pencil because I had a question for him(I sit right next to him; close enough where are arms touch sometimes) and he didn't even ask me to stop tapping his arm. He acted like it was something I was doing idly. I said his name and finally got his attention. I was drawing on his paper when I lifted my hand a little to pause and he started to play with my hand and pencil. The pencil slipped out of my hand and he said sorry and slid it back into place.
