I am in China. For last 5 days My baby girl 3.5 yrs old. Having severe dry cough (No spit), Gets Fever 103.1F or 39.5C every 12 Hrs. Stuffy nose. At the beginning she had clear runny nose, but now its yellowish. Saw several doctors here, all of them gave different meds like, Pholcodine, cetirizine, cefaclor, ibuprofen, AG (silver spray), Nothing works. The last doctor prescribed cefaclor because during her blood test. everything was normal only NEUT% was slightly elevated. still, cefaclor didnt work. . I got tired with Chinese doctors. They always prescribe so many different kinds of med just by guessing. Pls advise what we should do. If any specific test I should do to identify her illness?

I am in China. New to pizza making. I wanna make pizza from American cheese or processed cheese (something like that one used in BigMac bottom). I tried a lot but failed. I set my oven temp. at 400F pre-heat as well. But my main problem is the cheese doesn't get the stringy effect, and instead of that it becomes rubbery. Pls advise.
